Behavior Rules


  1. Be polite and respectful towards other participants. Insults, rudeness, and personal conflicts with users or the administration are prohibited.
  2. Political discussions, propaganda, incitement to discrimination, hatred, extremism, terrorism, or any other unlawful actions are prohibited.
  3. Collecting or disclosing personal data of other users without their consent (name, address, contact details, account information, etc.) is prohibited. The user bears responsibility for violations.
  4. Spam, flooding, duplicate messages, and abuse of uppercase letters are prohibited. Messages must be meaningful and must not interfere with other users' communication.
  5. Advertising, posting links to third-party resources, or any commercial activity not related to Neverlose products is prohibited. Promotion of third-party goods or services on the forum, in chats, tickets, or the Marketplace is not allowed.
  6. Creating topics about selling, exchanging, gifting, or transferring accounts or other valuables between users is prohibited. Only official reseller topics approved by the administration are allowed. All other financial transactions between users are not supported or controlled by Neverlose, and we do not bear responsibility for them.
  7. Impersonating the administration or other users, as well as attempting hacking, fraud, or any other security violation, is prohibited.
  8. Begging or requesting free or symbolic transfers of goods or services is prohibited.
  9. All messages must comply with the Terms of Use, User License Agreement, and Privacy Policy. For rule violations, the administration has the right to delete messages, block accounts, restrict Marketplace access, and suspend user accounts without refunds.
  10. It is prohibited to use statuses, prefixes, or tags (such as "administration", "beta", "alpha", "nightly", etc.), as well as any designations related to groups or roles, for the purpose of misleading, advertising, or fraud.
